Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions across various platforms, primarily focusing on AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will work closely with development teams, operations, and security to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of our cloud environments. Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration.
- Monitor cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and proactive identification and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless application deployment and operations.
- Develop and enforce security best practices within our cloud infrastructure, including access control, network security, and data protection.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure systems.
- Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and strategies to improve our infrastructure capabilities and drive innovation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, DNS, Load Balancing) in a cloud context.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, Google Professional Cloud Engineer).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog).
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and their cloud-managed services.
- Prior experience in a FinTech or high-compliance industry.
