Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior cloud engineers in planning, executing, and monitoring cloud migration projects.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for clients experiencing migration-related issues.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and identify potential areas for optimization or concern.
- Document migration procedures, configurations, and post-migration support guides to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and client services, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and self-study to continuously enhance cloud platform knowledge and skills.
- Help analyze and report on cloud resource utilization and cost management, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal tools and processes for cloud migration and support.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
