Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and maintain cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests on cloud infrastructure.
- Respond to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Configure and manage security tools such as SIEM, WAF, IDS/IPS, and DLP solutions within cloud environments.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of cloud security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline (SecDevOps).
- Provide technical support and guidance on cloud security best practices to internal teams and clients.
- Stay current with the latest cloud security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations and incident reports.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security or a related IT security role.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and routing.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
- Solid knowledge of security best practices, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during security incidents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
