As a Cloud Services Deployment Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting our senior engineers with the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources across leading platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior cloud engineers with the deployment, configuration, and provisioning of cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking components, and managed services on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated and reliable software deployments.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving deployment-related problems.
- Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate routine operational tasks and improve deployment efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud environments, deployment procedures, and configurations.
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in learning and development initiatives to stay current with evolving cloud technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Fundamental understanding of cloud computing concepts and services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in basic scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Professional-level cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals).
