Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to clients regarding cloud service inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot common cloud platform problems, including connectivity, access, and basic configuration.
- Document and track all support interactions and resolutions accurately using our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior Cloud Support Engineers or other relevant teams.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services for performance and availability, reporting anomalies.
- Assist with basic setup and configuration tasks for new client cloud environments under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance cloud computing skills and certifications.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of computer networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux).
