Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via various channels (phone, email, chat) for cloud-related inquiries and issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic to intermediate technical problems across various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and services, identifying and reporting potential issues proactively.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of basic cloud resources under supervision.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Strong foundational understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Experience with ticketing systems or IT service management (ITSM) tools.
