Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for cloud-related inquiries and issues via ticketing systems, email, and chat.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services for performance, availability, and security alerts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of cloud services, virtual machines, and network connectivity.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior cloud engineers and architects.
- Document support interactions, resolutions, and knowledge base articles accurately.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of basic cloud resources under supervision.
