Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Club Floor Manager in overseeing daily club operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Greet and assist club members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor the club floor to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Support in coordinating staff activities, including scheduling and task delegation, under the manager's guidance.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues efficiently, escalating complex situations to the manager when necessary.
  • Assist with inventory management for club supplies, beverages, and amenities.
  • Learn and apply club policies and procedures, contributing to a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and development programs aimed at enhancing management and hospitality skills.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist with administrative tasks as required by the Club Floor Manager.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural flair for customer service.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
