Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of multi-day and extended coach tours, including accommodation, excursions, and special events.
- Negotiate contracts with hotels, attractions, transportation providers, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
- Develop detailed tour itineraries, ensuring logistical efficiency, cultural relevance, and exceptional passenger experience.
- Manage tour budgets, monitor expenditures, and process invoices accurately.
- Provide comprehensive support to tour managers and drivers, acting as a primary point of contact for operational issues.
- Handle passenger enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new tour products and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tours, including passenger manifests and supplier confirmations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in tour operations, travel coordination, or a related field within the tourism industry.
