Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain an accurate till.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, restrooms, and all equipment.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns professionally and courteously.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the shop, including cleaning, setup, and cash reconciliation.
- Learn and adapt to new menu items, promotions, and operational changes quickly and effectively.
