Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee shop environment, including wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and cleaning equipment.
- Restock coffee beans, cups, ingredients, and other supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculating change.

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid Food Handler's Permit.
- Barista training or certification.
