Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee station, equipment, and serving areas.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Educate customers about menu items and provide recommendations.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere for all patrons and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a hospitality or retail setting.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machine operation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Fluency in Portuguese (official language of Mozambique).

- Knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
