Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies, focusing on press relations and digital content, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Draft, edit, and distribute compelling press releases, media advisories, articles, and thought leadership pieces.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Manage and optimize Career.zycto's presence across various digital platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.) and the company website.
- Create engaging digital content, including blog posts, website copy, newsletters, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze communication campaign performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, HR) to identify communication opportunities and ensure consistent messaging.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in media relations and public relations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with PR and social media monitoring tools.
