Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care to clients in their homes, adhering to individual care plans.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment where necessary.
  • Administer medication according to training and strict protocols.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required.
  • Perform light household duties to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in stimulating activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the senior care team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
