Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to clients in their homes, adhering to individual care plans.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment where necessary.
- Administer medication according to training and strict protocols.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required.
- Perform light household duties to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the senior care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
