Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee online reputation management, including responding to reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and booking sites.
- Engage with our online community, answer questions, and facilitate discussions to build strong relationships.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, local businesses, and travel bloggers for collaboration opportunities.
- Organize and participate in on-site community events and initiatives to enhance guest experience and local integration.
- Analyze social media data and metrics, reporting on performance and suggesting improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and reservations teams to align content with promotional campaigns and business objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of online reputation management.
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and draw actionable insights.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
