Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content for community platforms, such as FAQs, announcements, and newsletters.
  • Gather and summarise community feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of community interactions and support requests.
  • Onboard new community members and ensure they have a positive initial experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align community efforts with broader company goals.
  • Promote a friendly, inclusive, and helpful atmosphere within the community.
