Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all office areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms daily, ensuring they are consistently well-stocked with essential supplies.
  • Efficiently empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Regularly clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a sparkling appearance.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas, including wiping down counters, sinks, and appliances.
  • Promptly report any observed maintenance issues, damages, or potential safety hazards to management.
  • Strictly adhere to all company cleaning protocols and health and safety regulations.
  • Effectively manage and organize cleaning supplies, proactively notifying management when stock levels are low.
  • Execute periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or when specifically required.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored securely after each use.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 months proven experience in commercial or office cleaning.
  • Solid understanding of various cleaning techniques and appropriate cleaning products.
  • Ability to safely operate different types of cleaning equipment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Basic communication skills to understand instructions and report observations clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of a High School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent.
  • Prior experience specifically within a corporate office or similar professional environment.
  • Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning practices and products.
