Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties in office areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly, ensuring all surfaces are free from dust and debris.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, including desks, shelves, and electronic equipment.
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas, adhering to waste management protocols.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required to maintain a polished appearance.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to daily and weekly schedules.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols, including the safe use of chemicals and equipment.
