Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding shipment status and logistics issues.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing updates on transit times and potential delays.
  • Support the optimization of warehouse space and organization for efficient storage and retrieval of products.
  • Assist in the procurement of supplies and materials, ensuring proper documentation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant logistics regulations and company policies.
  • Address and resolve operational issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
