Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding shipment status and logistics issues.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates on transit times and potential delays.
- Support the optimization of warehouse space and organization for efficient storage and retrieval of products.
- Assist in the procurement of supplies and materials, ensuring proper documentation and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
