Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain precise inventory records, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including waybills, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Monitor and track the movement of goods, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with drivers and external logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of the warehouse and storage facilities.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor logistics issues and discrepancies as they arise.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a logistics or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
