Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Conduct daily inspections of premises to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests, including minor repairs, painting, and carpentry.
- Assist with the installation and relocation of office furniture and equipment.
