Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of premises and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Assist senior maintenance staff and external contractors with more complex repairs and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and material usage.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe according to company standards and regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management, prioritizing urgent issues.
- Oversee and manage inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Carry out basic landscaping and grounds keeping tasks as required.
- Provide general assistance in setting up and dismantling office furniture or equipment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
