Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are observed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including tidying living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.

- Monitor and report any changes in client health, behavior, or well-being to family members or supervisory staff.

Required Skills
