Career.zycto is seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Compliance Analyst to join our expanding remote team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on new and existing clients.
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and potential breaches of AML/CFT regulations.
- Prepare and submit suspicious transaction reports (STRs) to relevant authorities as required.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements (MAS, ACRA, etc.) and assess their impact on business operations.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst, preferably within financial services or FinTech.
- In-depth knowledge of Singaporean regulatory landscape (MAS guidelines, AML/CFT regulations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma).
