Key Responsibilities

- Identify, investigate, and report on potential compliance breaches and control deficiencies.
- Formulate and recommend practical solutions to address identified compliance risks and control gaps.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented compliance controls and remediation actions.

- Provide expert compliance advice and guidance to various departments and management.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role, preferably within financial services or FinTech.
- In-depth knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., BaFin, MiFID II, AMLD5/6, GDPR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels.
