Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the recruitment industry.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and areas for improvement, reporting findings to senior management.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, advising the company on necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Provide expert guidance and training to staff on compliance matters, fostering a strong culture of ethical conduct and regulatory awareness.
- Oversee the management of internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation.

Required Skills
