Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform basic hardware installations, configurations, and upgrades (e.g., RAM, storage drives).
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Help manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware assets, spare parts, and consumables.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware-related user queries and issues.
