Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Perform routine diagnostic checks on hardware to identify and resolve basic issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on computer systems and peripherals (e.g., cleaning, dust removal).
- Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and graphics cards.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware assets and spare parts.
