Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor computer systems and networks for performance issues, errors, and security alerts, promptly reporting any anomalies.
  • Perform routine data entry, batch processing, and system backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Assist with the loading, unloading, and maintenance of computer peripheral equipment, including printers and scanners.
  • Generate and distribute routine reports as required by operational schedules and departmental needs.
  • Provide first-level technical support for basic hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff.
  • Adhere strictly to all data security protocols, operational procedures, and bank policies.
  • Document operational procedures and system logs accurately and meticulously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
