Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor computer systems and networks for performance, availability, and security issues.
  • Perform routine data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity.
  • Execute scheduled jobs, reports, and system backups according to established procedures.
  • Respond to system alerts and basic operational problems, performing initial troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate logs of system activities, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Adhere strictly to operational policies, security protocols, and compliance regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Support end-users with basic technical queries and guidance on system usage.
  • Ensure the physical security of the computer room and equipment.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and system updates.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations and common software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
