Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests, residents, or clients, providing a superior first impression.
- Respond to inquiries and fulfill requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide comprehensive knowledge and recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and services.
- Assist with reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and other amenities.
- Coordinate and manage package deliveries, mail services, and courier requests.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk/lobby area, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage access control and visitor registration systems with attention to security protocols.
- Anticipate needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance the overall experience.
- Maintain detailed logs of requests, services provided, and any incidents.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a concierge, front desk, or high-end customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
