Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the accurate measurement and mixing of concrete materials (cement, sand, aggregates, water) according to project specifications.
  • Operate and maintain concrete mixing equipment safely and efficiently, under supervision.
  • Transport concrete to designated areas using wheelbarrows, buggies, or other manual methods.
  • Support skilled workers in pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete surfaces.
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized site.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with other general labor duties as required on the construction site.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and any potential issues.
