Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate measurement and mixing of concrete materials (cement, sand, aggregates, water) according to project specifications.
- Operate and maintain concrete mixing equipment safely and efficiently, under supervision.
- Transport concrete to designated areas using wheelbarrows, buggies, or other manual methods.
- Support skilled workers in pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete surfaces.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized site.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other general labor duties as required on the construction site.
