Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior coordinators with all phases of event planning and execution, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
- Conduct research for potential venues, suppliers, and service providers, gathering quotes and comparing options.
- Manage delegate registration processes, including database entry, communication, and inquiry handling.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements such as catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation.
- Prepare and organize event materials, including welcome packets, badges, signage, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, expenditures, and vendor contracts.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing immediate needs.
- Assist with post-event evaluations, including data collection, feedback analysis, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Required Skills
