Key Responsibilities
- Assist site managers and supervisors with daily operational tasks and project coordination.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on site.
- Perform general labour duties as required, including site clean-up, material handling, and basic excavation.
- Support the implementation of site safety procedures and actively report any hazards or unsafe conditions.
- Assist with basic measurement, marking, and setting out tasks under supervision.
- Facilitate communication between different teams and departments on site to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and progress reports.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, construction regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Participate in site meetings, toolbox talks, and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
