Key Responsibilities

  • Assist site managers and supervisors with daily operational tasks and project coordination.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on site.
  • Perform general labour duties as required, including site clean-up, material handling, and basic excavation.
  • Support the implementation of site safety procedures and actively report any hazards or unsafe conditions.
  • Assist with basic measurement, marking, and setting out tasks under supervision.
  • Facilitate communication between different teams and departments on site to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Help maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and progress reports.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies, construction regulations, and environmental guidelines.

  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
