Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the safe and efficient demolition of structures, walls, and other components as directed by supervisors.
- Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., hammers, pry bars, drills, saws) under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials, debris, and equipment manually or with assistance.
- Perform thorough site clean-up, including sweeping, debris removal, and waste segregation for recycling or proper disposal.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Help set up and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers according to guidelines.
- Support skilled tradespeople and equipment operators on various tasks, learning on the job.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned to ensure project efficiency, site readiness, and team objectives are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards and promote a safe working environment.
- Report any safety concerns, potential hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately to a supervisor.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg regularly) safely and repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety or a strong willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols immediately.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively from supervisors and team members.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate respectfully with others.

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, adapting to project needs.
