Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring all necessary supplies are on-site.
- Perform general labour duties, including site clean-up, debris removal, and waste management.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Help with demolition and site preparation activities.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any defects or issues.
- Support team members to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
