Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from work areas.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, digging, clearing debris, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Set up and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades as required.
- Mix and spread materials such as concrete, mortar, and asphalt according to specifications.
- Perform general labor duties, including sweeping, raking, and maintaining overall site cleanliness and order.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and company policies, utilizing provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any unsafe conditions, potential hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
- Support the team in achieving project deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards for all work.

- Residency in or near Ha Makhalanyane, Thaba-Tseka, for ease of commute.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Sesotho and/or English.
