Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision and according to instructions.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, spreading, and finishing.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific instructions diligently.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
