Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as directed.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, setting up temporary structures, and ensuring a safe working area.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently, such as shovels, rakes, jackhammers, and compactors.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations strictly to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order for continued use.
- Assist in the demolition of structures and removal of waste materials.
- Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, and other building materials.
- Perform site clean-up duties at the end of each workday and project phase.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.

- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
