Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, bricklayers, electricians) with various tasks as needed.
  • Perform general site clean-up and maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas.
  • Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, or setting up temporary structures.
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision, adhering strictly to safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures on site.
  • Support in the mixing and pouring of concrete, mortar, or other building materials.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Follow instructions from site supervisors and senior team members effectively.
