Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, bricklayers, electricians) with various tasks as needed.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, or setting up temporary structures.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision, adhering strictly to safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures on site.
- Support in the mixing and pouring of concrete, mortar, or other building materials.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment.
