Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, tidying, and organising work areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Dig trenches, clear debris, and perform general site groundwork.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and site rules.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform other general labour duties as required by the site manager.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
