Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior construction managers and project leads with daily project operations and administrative tasks.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documentation.
- Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Monitor project progress and report on status, potential delays, and issues.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and budgets, learning cost control techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on job sites.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings, documenting discussions and action items.
- Help manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily logs.
- Support the procurement process by assisting with material orders and inventory management.
- Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes for project challenges.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.
