Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris, ensuring a safe and organized work area.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., masons, carpenters, plumbers) with various tasks as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Mix and pour concrete, mortar, or other materials as required.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and perform other manual labor tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site throughout the workday.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines on site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers to complete tasks effectively.
- Perform general maintenance and repair duties around the hotel property as needed.
