Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Supervise, direct, and motivate construction teams, including skilled laborers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, providing clear guidance to the team.
- Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety hazards, ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Manage and maintain site equipment, materials, and resources efficiently.

- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure workmanship meets required standards.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role on complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
