Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced construction technicians with daily tasks on various project sites.
- Learn to identify and safely use a variety of construction tools and equipment.
- Participate in site preparation, including clearing, levelling, and material organization.
- Support in the mixing and pouring of concrete, and the handling of other building materials.
- Follow blueprints and instructions under supervision to assist in construction activities.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and challenges.
- Actively participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities.
- Perform general labour duties as required to support project completion.
