Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and engineers with daily construction activities and site operations.
- Learn and diligently apply various construction techniques, methodologies, and best practices under expert supervision.
- Safely and efficiently operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment.
- Participate actively in the preparation of construction sites, including material handling, organization, and basic setup.
- Monitor work progress against project schedules and ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality specifications.
- Contribute to site surveys, measurements, and assist in conducting quality control checks on materials and workmanship.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of materials used, work performed, and critical site observations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
