Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and engineers on various construction sites with daily tasks and project execution.
- Learn to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documentation.
- Support in the preparation, assembly, and maintenance of tools and construction equipment.
- Observe and actively participate in site inspections, quality control checks, and progress monitoring activities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all company and industry safety protocols.
- Perform basic measurements, assist with material handling, inventory management, and waste disposal.
- Document site activities, observations, and data accurately as required by project specifications.
- Actively participate in all provided training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, supervisors, and other project stakeholders.
- Learn and apply fundamental construction techniques, practices, and building regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong enthusiasm for the construction industry and a proactive willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic understanding of tools and construction site safety (or a strong commitment to learn and adhere to protocols immediately).
- Ability to follow complex instructions meticulously and work effectively under supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a closely related field (or currently pursuing relevant studies).
- Previous experience (even informal, volunteer, or internship) in a construction or related technical environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Possession of a valid driver's license (an advantage, though not mandatory for an entry-level position).
