Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior welders and metal fabricators in various construction projects.
- Learn and practice different welding techniques, including Arc, MIG, and TIG, as instructed.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and cutting materials.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols under supervision.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance tasks as required.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from work areas.
- Receive and follow instructions from supervisors and experienced welders.
- Engage actively in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
