As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and guidance across various communication channels, primarily phone and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, aiming for first-call resolution wherever possible.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve collective departmental goals.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in a contact centre or a customer service-related role.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software or systems relevant to customer engagement.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and policy updates.
