From scripting compelling video testimonials and resort tours to writing insightful travel guides and behind-the-scenes blog posts, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and supporting our marketing objectives. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals, always with an eye on current trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and social media. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for video and blog platforms, aligning with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Plan, script, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content (interviews, resort tours, promotional videos, social media clips) for various digital channels.
  • Write, edit, and publish engaging blog posts, articles, website copy, and other written content that resonates with our target audience and enhances SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and hotel teams to identify content opportunities and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all scheduled content.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all written and video content to maximize organic reach.
  • Analyze content performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and provide regular reports with actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content creation trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Oversee content distribution across various platforms including social media, website, email marketing, and third-party sites.
  • Assist in the development of creative briefs and provide input on visual concepts for marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both video and written work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to operate camera equipment for video and photography.
  • Creativity, imagination, and a knack for storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or luxury brand sector.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
